Year three have been working on using equipment to solve multiplication questions. They have been developing their fluency and understanding of how multiplication works, and showing this using numicon and other equipment.

500 word success in Year 6
All of Year 6 entered a 500 word story competition run by the education minister Jeremy Miles. The competition was open to all year 6 pupils in Neath and the whole class did a fantastic job working on their entries. We were pleased to have Jeremy visit the school today to present prizes to 2 winners from our class! They are all delighted by their success and showed just how talented the pupils of Tonnau school are. Da iawn Willow and Ethan!
