We talked about how the seasons change and the variety of colours leaves turn into. We went exploring together to gather as many different colour leaves before investigating our new forest school area. We loved being curious about all the different creatures 🙂
We learnt how to get dressed for forest school and explored our outdoor area! We loved the mud, took turns and shared 🙂
Year 2 learnt about how to light a fire with a flint and steel and had a go at making sparks. We talked about how to build a fire step by step and how to be safe when lighting fires. The best part was choosing a long enough stick to toast some yummy marshmallows!
We had lots of fun exploring outside to find different colours, textures and shapes to create a nature crown!
