Our trip to Crynallt Primary school
On the 27th November , four of the Tonnau Tv members went to Crynallt Primary school to present how we use J2bloggy ,there were lots of people there watching us -about 70 in total! Our headmaster, Mr Jones was also there to watch us. We had to say our script four times and watch Miss Clement and Mrs Marks explain all about the project and how successful it has been. Then after that we watched Tonnau Tv episode 1.
We are currently working on episode 2 and we can not wait for you to see it!

Parking around our school
Please could everyone take care when parking around our school. The zig zag lines are usually clear; please could lanes, drives and other access roads be kept equally clear. Also our Car Park is staff only or authorised users, I’m sorry but we can’t make the car park available for parents at the end of the day – Thank you for your help.
Information pages for the office
If anyone has not returned the school information forms yet, please could they be returned to the office as soon as possible. If you’ve lost your form and would like another one please contact the office.

Criw Cymraeg – Gig Bronwen Lewis
Dear Parent/Carer,
On Friday 7th December your child will be attending an exciting bilingual Gig at Baglan Primary School.
Bronwen is a local musician from Seven Sisters who you may remember off the BBC’s ‘The Voice’ a few years ago. She will be putting on a special afternoon concert for our junior pupils who are part of our ‘Criw’!
The coach will leave at 12:30 so a packed lunch will be needed (to eat before we leave) and will arrive back at school before 3.20pm.
If you wish, Christmas jumpers may be worn or school uniform.
Please sign the consent slip sent home to KS2 Criw members.
Diolch yn fawr!
Mr. J Hopkins & The ‘Criw Cymraeg
Criw Cymraeg
We are the Criw Cymraeg of Tonnau Primary School.
We have lots of members of the Criw Cymraeg who are all in the juniors. Our job is to promote the Welsh language to encourage other children to speak Welsh. We do this by playing lots of Welsh games, presenting Welsh awards weekly and being role models to the infants.
We meet weekly in our lunchtime. In our meetings, we decide on the ‘Patrwm yr Wythnos’ (Pattern of Week) for the following week and then teach this phrase to the school. Also we decide who will get the Welsh award.
From our hard work we achieved the Bronze Award and now we’re aiming for the Silver Award!
Thank you for reading our first Criw Cymraeg Blog,
Maddie, Phoebe and Keira
